Arm wrestling

Not much to add to this one as the title says it all.

Depending on the size of the group, divide into groups and have a round robin challenge to determine who is the best arm wrestler in each group. Repeat the process with the winners from each group so as to determine the overall champion.

For this to be successful, there need to be clearly defined rules:

• The arm not being used must be kept behind each competitor's back.
• No competitor may lean their shoulder into the challenge.

• He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young. (Isa 40:11)
