Crowd breaker: Ugliest Man

Have one of the leaders stand up front with a blanket over them. Inform the rest of the group that under the blanked stands the world's ugliest man. In fact they are so ugly that should anyone happen to see them then that person would fall down dead. To demonstrate this point ask for a volunteer from the group to come up and take a look under the blanket. Unbeknown to the rest of the group, the first four volunteers that you choose are in cahoots with you and know how to react. On peeking under the blanket each of the four "volunteers" let out a cry and fall down dead. Finally one more unsuspecting, real volunteer is chosen but this time, the moment they look under the blanket, the ugliest man lets out a cry of horror and falls down dead.
